CONSULTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
INETEC offers consulting services and support for quality assurance and quality control during nuclear power plant design, construction, installation supervision, start up, operation and maintenance based on its own experience and knowledge.
INETEC personnel have managed and participated in:
- preparation of the plant's quality manual and corresponding quality assurance and quality control documents according to selected quality standards,
- quality assurance and quality control personnel support,
- preparation of project specific quality assurance plans,
- development of different sets of quality assurance /quality control procedures,
- installation supervision and support of development and preparation of the plant key procedures for installation/work packages,
- continued consulting in performance of quality assurance activity,
- development of power plant management guidelines, work control and reporting procedures,
- assistance in preparation of the start up program, procedure development and supervision of the execution of the start up,
- preparation of preventive maintenance program and procedures,
- planning, preparation and performance of external and internal audit activities.
